Well I found a nice deal on some credits for IMVU so I snagged em, or at least I thought I did. After waiting a day and seeing my balance still sitting idle at the same amount it was at, I decided to investigate. Behold! In my e-mail was instructions to verify my purchase, something a pay pal transaction should do automatically you'd think.

So I follow these instructions to a tech support chat, tell the Op I paid like it said in the email. The Op tells me to send the transaction info to the support email. Feels like a giant circle of fun already! So I did as instructed by the gurus of tech support. Wait a full day, and nothing! This time I replied directly to the first email I received and tell them I've followed their stupid little instructions and I still don't have what I paid for.

This was the reply I got:

"dont worry we will send your the credits today"

...suddenly I've lost all hope in ever seeing these credits show up in my account.
